MEXICAN RECIPE TLACOYOS

I am going to show you some recipes of Mexican gastronomy.
From very simple dishes to more complex ones
TLACOYOS
INGREDIENTS:
1.65 POUNDS OF DOUGH |
CORIANDER TO TASTE |
5 WIDTH CHILIES |
1 SMALL ONION |
4 TABLESPOONS OF OIL FOR COOKING |
2 CUPS OF WATER |
OLD CHEESE |
DRIED MEAT AND SALT TO TASTE |
PROCESS:
1) The day before, the chillies are split open to remove the veins and seeds. They are washed and dipped in salt water and a tablespoon of vinegar.
2)The
oil is heated and water and salt are added to taste.
In
the blender, the chillies are ground and water is added to the sauce,
it is fried and the dried meat is cut into pieces to put on the
tlacoyos
3) The thin tortillas are made with the dough giving them the shape of tlacoyos, like the one presented in the photo,
4) These tlacoyos are cooked on both sides in a frying pan and placed on a plate with sauce and coriander.
