MEXICAN RECIPE TAMALES

I am going to show you some recipes of Mexican gastronomy.

TAMALES
INGREDIENTS:
2.20 POUNDS OF TAMALES FLOUR |
1.10 POUNDS OF PORK BUTTER |
2 1/2 TABLESPOONS OF SALT |
CHICKEN OR MEAT BROTH |
1 1/2TABLESPOONS OF BAKING POWDER |
PROCESS:
1)There are 2 ways: fresh flour to use the same day and dry flour that can be stored for a long time
a)If
fresh flour is used, add a cup and a half of meat or chicken stock,
the butter is melted and then beat, salt is added.
The mixture is
whipped a lot and when the meatballs float in a glass of cold water,
the baking powder is added, everything is mixed to obtain the
tamales.
b)If you use dry flour, before adding broth and butter, you should moisten it with a little water until it has the consistency of the dough.
