MEXICAN RECIPE BURRITOS

I am going to show you some recipes of Mexican gastronomy.
From very simple dishes to more complex ones
BURRITOS
INGREDIENTS:
2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL |
0.33 POUNDS WHITE ONION |
2 GREEN PEPPERS |
2 RED PEPPERS |
1.10 POUNDS CHOPPED CHICKEN |
SALT AND GROUND PEPPER |
0.66 POUNDS OF CHEESE TO MELT |
6 FLOUR TORTILLAS |
0.17 POUNDS OF CRUSHED BEANS OR CANNED BEANS |
PROCESS:
1)Put oil in a pan and while the oil is heating chop the onions and green and red peppers. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onion. Let the onion fry and when the onion is fried, add the chopped red and green peppers and continue cooking for another five minutes
2)Once the five minutes have passed, add the minced chicken and fry in its entirety, add salt and pepper to taste
3)To make our BURRITO, heat the flour tortillas in a pan, when the tortillas are hot, put crushed beans or canned beans on top of the tortilla and then put a little of the filling, such as chopped fried chicken, onion and the peppers and the cheese to melt
4)Remove the BURRITO from the pan and fold the edges of the flour tortilla to form a roll and try to close it well so that nothing comes out
5)Now cut the BURRITO in half and you can accompany it with sauce or guacamole
